COLLEEN JONES is an established talent acquisition leader with over 25 years of recruitment experience.  She has led teams in a variety of industries including consulting, financial services, IT, and for the last 10 years, pharmaceutical. Her TA experience spans across the enterprise and has included consumer healthcare, commercialization, IT, HR, procurement, finance, and business operations. Along with managing recruitment across these industries and business units, she has established strong alliances with emerging talent teams, I&D, talent management, HR, total rewards, and L&D to work towards managing the challenging talent market and always evolving business strategies.  Jones holds her bachelor’s degree in education and fine arts from Rider University. Outside of work, Jones loves spending time with her family, travel, dining out, golf, skiing, baking, cooking, and eating. She is a passionate supporter of all organizations who support Veterans including Operation Jersey Cares, the USO and the National Veteran’s Wheelchair Games.
