Charles J. Deery

Charles J. Deery is the executive sous chef for Cancer Treatment Centers of America at Eastern Regional Medical Center. In this role, Deery leads, develops and trains a culinary team of 32 in a scratch based kitchen, which feeds 1,500 people a day. With over 13 years’ experience in the kitchen, Deery is proud to work to collaborate toward better nutrition for the patients at CTCA. He also plans and executes all of CTCA’s special events, including those for Celebrate Life, Susan G. Komen and Cancer Fighters. Deery earned an A.S. in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University in Miami, Florida.@cancercenter
