Angelina Isaac

ANGELINA ISAAC is the senior diversity and inclusion workforce initiatives partner at Independence Blue Cross. In this role she is responsible for managing internship programs and various workforce partners and assisting with the corporate diversity and inclusion strategic goals. Isaac has extensive talent acquisition and staffing experience with Independence Blue Cross, Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, and the Delta T Group. She is a strategic thinker who enjoys sharing knowledge and encouraging development of others to achieve specific career goals. She earned a BS from Delaware State University in psychology, and pursued graduate studies in human resources management, earning a master’s degree from Lincoln University, and a certificate from Villanova University. @ibx
