Alison T. Young

THE HONORABLE ALISON T. YOUNG currently serves as managing director, leadership and civic engagement at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business. In this capacity, she serves as executive director of the Institute for Strategic Leadership, responsible for directing all aspects of the Institute. She also oversees the Leading for Change Public Sector Fellowship Program and Drexel LeBow’s civic engagement initiatives. Prior to joining the University, Young served as vice president of external affairs at the National Constitution Center. Prior to joining the Center, she was a senior White House official, serving as special assistant to President George W. Bush and acting director of the White House Office of USA Freedom Corps. She also served as the White House liaison and director of faith-based and community initiatives for the Corporation for National and Community Service. Young is a member of the Young Friends Committee of the Academy of Music, the advisory board of the Garces Foundation, the board of directors of the Right to Rock Foundation, the 250th Anniversary Committee of Historic Old Pine Church, and the board of directors of the Pennsylvania Conference for Women. Young earned a B.S. from Grove City College and an M.S. from the George Washington University. @lebow
