Autumn Bayles is the senior vice president of strategic operations at Tasty Baking Company, currently leading the company’s merger with new owner Flowers Foods. The company, headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, was founded in 1914 and is the manufacturer of the popular Tastykake brand. Bayles is active in both the business and charitable communities. She is affiliated with many local o rganizations such as the Union League of Philadelphia, serves on the boards of the Wilma Theater, and is the new President of The Forum of Executive Women. She also regularly speaks at industry, community events, and conferences, and was named as one of the “Best 50 Women in Business” for Pennsylvania and selected for the Philadelphia Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” award. Bayles is a graduate of Lehigh University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering. She also holds an M.B.A. degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
