YVONNE GARCIA is an SVP and the global head of client solutions and PMO at State Street Corporation. In this role, she develops solutions for Fortune 100 companies in the financial sector by delivering superior service to clients and deploying cutting-edge technology and operational processes, and delivering complex consulting engagements for existing and potential State Street clients. Prior to that role, Garcia served as vice president for their China Construction Bank Strategic Assistance Program. Garcia serves as the chairwoman for the largest Latino professional organization in the country, ALPFA. She is also the co-founding chair of Milagros para Niños, an initiative at Children’s Hospital in Boston, which has raised more than $8.2 million in funds for Hispanic children who can’t afford medical care. She was selected as one of the Top 22 Most Influential Women in Massachusetts by the Boston Business Journal and just this year, was featured in Fortune Magazine as #26 of the Top 50 Most Powerful Latinas in the United States. Garcia earned an MBA from Boston University in finance and is a graduate of the ARMY R.O.T.C. program at Siena College. She also holds a Certificate in economics and culture from La Sorbonne in Paris, France, and is fully certified Six Sigma Black Belt. @statestreet
