Stephanie Lim Capello

STEPHANIE LIM CAPELLO is chief development officer with the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania. In this role, she crafts and spearheads comprehensive, multifunctional, integrated plans for fund development, community partnerships, and outreach programming. Stephanie oversees outreach programming to more than 8,000 girls in underserved communities in the area and created a process to measure success through metrics and evaluation. Capello has more than 17 years of fundraising, event planning, membership, marketing, and communications experience in the not for profit sector with a particular focus on arts, culture, and education. Over the course of her career, she held positions at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts and at the Philadelphia Zoo. Most recently, she was at Please Touch Museum, the Children’s Museum of Philadelphia. Capello is on the executive committee and chair of the Institutional Advancement Committee of the board of directors of Montgomery Early Learning Centers (MELC), and serves on the board of directors for The Parkinson’s Council, and Next Level Sports (NLS). She is also a member of the planning committee for the Villanova University Alumni Association Leadership Summit: Women Igniting Change. She was named on the Main Line Magazine’s 40 under 40 and top 10 People to Watch in the Philadelphia region. @girlscoutsepenn
