Barbara Berlin

Barbara Berlin is director in PwC’s Center for Board Governance. She is active in advising board and audit committee members on governance-related issues, providing them with the latest perspectives and practices to effectively meet the challenges of their critical roles. Berlin develops various thought leadership reports and conducts research on contemporary governance topics. She co-authored “Directors and IT- What Works Best, Audit Committee Effectiveness–What Works Best3rd edition, and the annual publication, “Key Questions for Board and Audit Committee Members.” She is also extensively involved in board-level education, having principal responsibility for the Center’s annual Key considerations for boards and audit committee members seminar series, which is exclusive to directors of large multinational corporations. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of New York and New Jersey.
