We’re looking for volunteers to help us set up the day before the conference, and to keep things running smoothly the day of the conference. We also ask that you help us spread the word about the conference to your friends, colleagues and co-workers.

In exchange for your time and effort, we’ll give you free admission to the conference, which includes keynotes, breakout sessions, the Exhibit Hall and Career Pavilion. Parking and travel costs are not covered by the conference. Volunteer tasks include: bag assembly/stuffing, bag distribution, holding directional arrows, setting up for luncheon, assisting with registration check-in, and serving as speaker escorts and room monitors. You will receive your assignment when you arrive at the conference site; we cannot promise specific responsibilities to anyone in advance.
